TST Certification

Technical Systems Testing (TST), an internationally recognized accredited testing facility, whose esteemed client roster includes International Game Technology (IGT), Aristocrat, Mikohn and the Michigan, Massachusetts, DC and Ontario Lotteries, has certified the Random Number Generator (RNG) used by the Bodog Casino to be fair and random.

Certification of Evaluation for Random Number Generator & Associated Components

The random number generator (RNG), scaling, mapping and shuffling algorithms used to create outcomes for casino games are components of Bodog Casino gaming system. The RNG and related components have been evaluated by Gaming Associates.

The evaluation comprising statistical testing and code inspection found that:

• the RNG generated results which were uniformly distributed and statistically independant;
• game symbols for the following gamesrepresenting different groups of casino games offered by Bodog Casino were fair and not predictable:

The Bodog Casino RNG software has been fingerprinted to enable on-going verification that the RNG in use is identical to the RNG evaluated. The RNG software is verified against the fingerprint periodically.

Kahnawake Gaming Commission

In August of 2005, the Bodog Entertainment Group was awarded a temporary permit from the Kahnawake Gaming Reserve.

The Kahnawake Mohawk Reserve, located across the St. Lawrence River from Montreal, is home to the only online gambling in North America.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which was established in 1996, is empowered to regulate and control gaming and gaming-related activities conducted within and from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in accordance with the highest principles of honesty and integrity.

The commission's rules require a full investigation of any new casino operator, or a more cursory investigation of an established operator. The KGC, which is responsible for licensing the operators, has regulations that require online casino operators to operate openly, and follow certain guidelines pertaining to issues such as audits, payouts and access by underage users.

The permit granted by the KGC is a significant step for Bodog, which has grown from an online sportsbook to a digital entertainment powerhouse.
