Best of the Strip: Vegas Golf Courses

A couple of days in Las Vegas can almost kill you.

All it takes is about 72 hours of hard drinking, clubbing, and gaming and doctors will start calling you a medical marvel.

It's not easy resisting those entertaining vices when you're in Sin City either. Anyone who's stepped foot in the city know that liquor is everywhere, clubs are in every casino and gaming... let's just say you can win a jackpot at the airport.

So how do you avoid complete Vegas meltdown? We say pick up a club or two, put on a red shirt, and do your best Tiger Woods impression.

Along with artificial monuments, palm trees, and people, Vegas has a bunch of artificial grass, or golf courses, sitting in the desert.

So which ones should you check out on the final day of your Vegas vacation? We give our faves…

Angel Park Golf Club
You should never front on a golf course that has won awards. The Angel Park Golf club is a par-71 course that gives you an elevation of 3,000 feet so you can see the Vegas skyline while you look in the rough for your ball.

Reflection Bay at Las Vegas
Step on the course that Jack Nicklaus built, Reflection Bay. The course makes you feel like you've signed up for 18 with the “Golden Bear” himself, boasting a style that looks like you're playing at Palm Beach. But make sure you're not blinded by Nicklaus' eye candy; Reflection Bay is known as one of the more difficult courses in Vegas.

Rio Secco Golf Club
There's not much to say about this course other than five Par-5s. Five. That's nuts.

And seeing as we're fairly positive you don't have a swing like Phil Mickelson it'll probably be a Par-7 for you at best. There's even a hole that's 634 yards!

Tuscany Golf Club
