Is there anything better than having the excess cash to shop? The ladies know what we're talking about. Even when they don't have the excess cash to spend they still want to splurge like they're rocking Oprah Winfrey money.

But it's not just the ladies. Give a guy a bunch of zeros in a Best Buy and we guarantee you won't see him until closing.

That's why Las Vegas, Nevada is so cool. Everyone loves to shop and Vegas has plenty of places to go. Problem is, finding a great store amongst so many good ones can prove difficult. That's where we come in. We've done some sleuthing and have found some of the best places to spend your cash...

Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace
One of the classic shopping areas in Vegas. If you've been to Vegas a couple of times you know how huge this center is and how easy it is to get lost in there. We once took a stroll for a snack in this "forum" and didn't come back for hours.

Check out the sporting goods store in this spot and you'll see "Charlie Hustle" himself - MLB legend Pete Rose - signing autographs for any fan looking to meet him.

Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian
Been dying to go shopping in Venice? The Grand Canal shops will give you a taste of what it would've been like. If you're looking for some classy spots the Canal has got plenty. But if you're also looking for some fun apparel there are stores like "David and Goliath" t-shirt shop that's affordable and unique.

Via Bellagio
Man the Bellagio is classy. We're talking fashion-show-front-row classy. So if you're looking to buy some class with your cash the stores in the Bellagio are perfect. Hopefully you've got something close to an American Express Black Card on standby though, because with stores like Hermes, Prada, and Tiffany's your bankroll is going to get a workout.

Shoppes at the Palazzo
You found some class now how about some glamour? We're talking Academy Awards red carpet kind of glamour. The Shoppes at the Palazzo has the kind of glam that'll have your woman wishing you were her sugar daddy. You may need Perez Hilton or some other self-proclaimed fashion expert to tell you which outfits will put you on the best dressed list.

Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood
It's nowhere near as fancy as the Forum Shops or the Shoppes at the Palazzo, but then that's what makes the Miracle Mile Shops so cool. And just like Planet Hollywood Casino & Resort, its atmosphere is a little more L.A. chill; it's totally laid-back but still very trendy. With over 170 stores - including mainstream favorites like Urban Outfitters, Victoria's Secret, Ben Sherman, Bath & Body Works, Betsey Johnson, Lucky Brand Jeans, True Religion Brand Jeans, Sephora (to name a few!) - it may boast the only ABC on The Strip. You can't leave Vegas without picking up a few souvenirs, right?
